BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After spending a month looking, test driving, pricing other vehicles, I decided to stop by Carlsbad Volvo after reading the review in US News Best Cars for 2013 report where the Volvo CX-6- ranked #3 in consumer reviews. From the minute I stepped onto the lot, I was given the upmost courtesy and respect. Greg P spent HOURS with me going over vehicles, options, styles, colors and back over all of it again and again and again. I am incredibly indecisive and was NOT sure what I wanted. Honestly, I was an absolute nightmare and would ever hate to deal with a buyer like myself but not once did they lose enthusiasm or interest in wanting me to get the best vehicle... even if it meant that I didn't buy a new car. I decided on one car, we wrote the deal all up, Pete (GM) ran all the paperwork, and then at the last minute I changed my mind and wanted a different Volvo. Their response was "that's OK! we just want you to be happy and love the experience and your new car!" I can't believe they were so compassionate. Buying a new vehicle is such a huge decision and purchase and it was so comforting to know they wanted what was best for me even if it meant more work for them. A couple of days after buying the Volvo CX60 AWD T6, I decided I wanted to get a cargo mat for the back. After reading the reviews on Yelp I was a little concerned how this experience was going to go but again... Carlsbad Volvo did not disappoint. The parts department was so knowledgeable and went over all the options and came out to my vehicle (which I am sure he has seen 1000 just like mine) to explain which cargo mat would be best for my needs. Not only did he take the time to explain it all, he installed it for me and made sure I was happy when I drove off. TOP NOTCH care and service! Don't change a thing, Carlsbad Volvo! We will be back for the CX70, so make sure you have a white one for me! Thank you for making this such an amazing experience! I heart my Volvo!!
