Toyota Carlsbad

My wife and I were in the market for a used Toyota Tundra. When we arrived at Carlsbad Toyota, we were immediately greeted by Frank Rendon (Toyota’s sales consultant). Frank was super friendly and cordial. We immediately felt at ease with Frank’s personality. We advised Frank of our needs and he knew exactly were to point us. The car lot was very well taken care of and all the vehicles (that we looked at) were clean and well maintained. We never felt pressured or uneasy during our experience at this dealership. We were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. When it came to sit and negotiate the transaction, we were taken to Frank’s office. All the offices were clean and were also well maintained. I really believe that the cleanliness and maintenance of the overall dealership is an extension of Carlsbad Toyota attention to detail and true professionalism. Frank and the team of Carlsbad Toyota made purchase experience super easy and enjoyable. Once we agreed on the price and terms of the purchase, we were introduced to Bob Hessinger (finance manager). Bob then proceeded to close out the purchase of our vehicle. Overall, our experience was great. We would totally recommend Carlsbad Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
