Any dealer can be great when you're buying an expensive car, but when things get difficult some rise to the top. We bought a Mercedes SUV that had an intermittent starting problem. Being intermittent, it was hard to diagnose and repair in a timely manner. We wound up selling the car back to Mercedes. In the meantime, the dealership responded to our concerns, even going so far as to provide a loaner for a previously-planned out-of-state vacation, and supported us throughout the process. They really went the extra mile. Needless to say, when the buy-back was finalized we bought another SUV from them.
