Bad experience at this dealership.

onI took my car for a service, I was told my car would be ready within a week but almost 3 weeks went by and no work was done. The person that was supposed to be communicating with me, via text, stopped answering my messages and later was told that this person stopped working there, but I wasn't told about it. At the end I was charged for the diagnosis and nothing else. A waste of money and time.
