Damage during service

onTook my Elantra in for 15k service. While at the dealership, front left bumper was damaged. Service called, said car would be ready in 2-3 days. Never got a follow up, repair didn't start until I called after 3 days. While service did fix car, this was all very inconvenient to say the least. Service manager did .are it right by saying next 2 service appointments would be comped.
