From start to finish this dealer turned a repair situation into a positive experience. No one likes to deal with car issues and I am no exception. The service rep was not hurried, and was empathetic to my issues. Hyundai Carlsbad allowed me to book online, drop off with ease, and I was treated with such kindness. I received daily updates via text, and they were always available when I called. Most importantly they didn’t treat me like I was a number, or “just another customer”. This is in direct contract to my other experiences at the other dealer. I will choose Carlsbad location every time now.
