Scheduling system needs work and customer communication

onIt was very difficult to talk to a person about scheduled appointment requirements. Along with that, it was difficult to verify which location the vehicle appointment was supposed to be. Once the appointment was finally confirmed, it was hard to talk to anyone at the location. It appears the scheduling and customer communication numbers are significantly understaffed.

So calling the number for the General Manager above gets me to the phone menu tree. When I select "1" for service, it loops back to the original menu tree over and over again. It's time consuming and absolutely ineffective at getting anything done other than spending time on the phone. And the online scheduling does not specify which location the vehicle needs to be taken to, and obviously does not allow any discussion over the phone to narrow down trouble shooting options before the vehicle is delivered for service.
