Horrible experience

onNo courtesy loaner car. No ability to contact live person. Hard deadline for needing car complete not met. Spent 2 hrs at dealership waiting on service - this was with going to work while work was performed. “Almost done, 15 minutes” more, etc isn’t acceptable after being an hour past deadline. Never have recalls ready - after all of this waiting, only 1 of 3 got done
