Service, what happened?

onI have no complaint about the service advisor, he did his best. Came in for a recall update and fluid service. Said it would be ready couple of hours. Came back in 3.5 and told ready to go. Waited and came back to tell me nothing done. Long story short, did the recall update nothing else. I guess, no communication was the biggest issue I had. But am generally not confident things get done correctly.
