Great service & effort to help my schedule

I had a great experience with my service advisor, Arin, and the car loaner coordinator, Paula. I dropped by without an appointment when I noticed a problem with steering on my C-350. Arin and Paula worked creatively to get my car into the shop right away and provide me with a loaner vehicle. It was a fantastic customer service effort on their part and I won't go anywhere else from now on.
