Professional, polite, prompt, no up selling, they keep the car neat and clean, text or call you when it's ready, don't push you to take more expensive option if more than one option is available. Great place and Steve Schwartz is the best Service Mgr. he used to be at Lexus when I owned those. Very pleasant surprise to see Mercedes has snatched him up. He's very honest.
