Dealership Service Review
This local dealership is owned by mega dealership conglomerate Sonic and it shows. The level of communication between service writers and customer is lousy at best. I was told on several occasions that they would get back to me via text or telephone call and that did not happen as promised. Also I kept hearing how difficult the job was and this was why they had the car for such an extended period. The straw that broke the camels back was a promise that they would call me back this Friday afternoon to let me know if the car was going to be ready for pickup or they would get me a loaner as was my warranty agreement...(they claimed to be out of loaners the entire 6 days they had our car) and I'm still waiting for that call back! Very poor experience at the service dept. I think I'll drive fifteen minutes to go to Silver Star for now on.
