Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas

The car buying experience went well. However, I purchased the vehicle at night, and my credit union was closed. I was told that the normal process was to obtain an options contract until my credit union sent the check, so I did. My credit union sent the check the next day, but my old car has still not been paid off. It has now been a week. i have attempted contact with my sales person twice and contacted the business office, and I have yet to receive a return call. All I am looking for is confirmation that the check my credit union sent was received and they will pay theT old car off prior to my next payment. They were very helpful when I was purchasing the vehicle, but now that I have made the purchase, there is no customer service at all. The sad part is, a family member wants to buy a car after seeing my vehicle. Initially, i was going to refer the business, but now, Ill have her go somewhere else.
