Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas

I bought a car here and was told that the warranty that comes with th car was bumper to bumper by three of their employees the day i signed the sales contract. when the car needed repair, the so called bumper to bumper warranty turned out to be a big, fat lie to push the sale. I contacted even the headquarters in north Carolina to complain and was told the misrepresentation of warranty was unintentional. How convenient for them!? How costly to me!? It cannot be unintentional if 3 people tell the same story. In essence they refuse to fix my more than $1000 repair and to add insult to injury, every person in the calabasas mercedes dealership seems to be an expert at rudeness.
