Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas

I've hit every dealer in the area trying to purchase a replacement MBZ after a van decided to flip a U in front of me totalling my car. Each dealer has their pro's and con's and I will try to review all I've gone to in an effort of fairness. Having said that, Calabasas ranks 0/6 of dealerships visited in the last three days. Spent 15 minutes walking the lot completely, returning to my car to do research for another 10 in the parking lot, then entered and asked for assistance. Front desk stated that sales people were on the phone. Gave another 10 minutes of walking the inside of the building and looking at every car. Help became only available after I said my (pleasant) good bye and thank you, but help not needed now. If it takes more than a half hour to get basic sales help, I am fearful of the rest of their business practices.
