I contacted this dealership through Edmunds. Vernon wrote back, but kept sending me random links to various E-Class styles and writing, "How about this one?" He'd never included any specifics about the cars, any pricing info, or lease terms. Finally, he said he wasn't in the office, and he'd have a manager contact me with an offer. I received an e-mail from Jeremy, the Lease Retention Manager, for a car of a different color than I requested with much less on it, options-wise, than I'd asked for. I wrote back saying the car wasn't what I was looking for, and never heard from them again. This place just gave off the tone of "We So Don't Need Your Business, We're Not Even Going to Bother Looking For a Car That Matches What You're Looking For....Just Take What We Send You". I lease a car every couple years, and expect the dealership wants to work to earn the business. This dealership didn't seem to want to come to work, let alone earn anything once there.
