Outstanding customer service! I was searching for a 2013 C250 over the phone for my mother-in-law who could not move around because of a broken kneecap. No Mercedes dealer seemed to have the basic model with little options. Finally, I called Mercedes of Calabasas. 1) They had 2 of those cars. 2) I told the m the price I was willing to offer which was quite low. Within a half hour they called me back and accepted my offer, no questions asked. 3) Because of my mother-in-law's medical condition, they agreed to deliver the car within a few hours to her house which was quite far. 4) My in-laws had to turn in another Mercedes because of end of lease to swap with the new car. They also took the old car from their house after delivering the new one. 5) Their attitude was incredibly pleasant and nice, despite the fact this deal was quite complicated. I'm truly impressed by their staff, especially with the eSales Director, Jenna C., who made my car shopping experience so pleasant and flawless.
