Initially, I had scheduled an appointment at Audi Pacific in Torrance, since the one I always take mine auto did not have power do to wild fire. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time and proceeded to locate the service advisor. He was found inside a cubicle, engaged in a phone conversation. Although I was unable to ascertain the nature of his conversation, he appeared not to be occupied. I informed him that I was there for car maintenance. He proceeded to retrieve the vehicle record and revealed that I had driven my car without service for 40,000 miles. I disputed this figure, stating that I had serviced my car every 10,000 miles and that he could retrieve the correct record. Despite my insistence, he attempted to persuade me that I required a major service costing $2,400. He emphasized the extensive mileage of my vehicle and insisted that I needed the service. However, I firmly denied the need for such services, as I had already performed the necessary maintenance. Ultimately, I decided to return to Audi Calabasas, where my car received the correct maintenance service. The dishonesty exhibited by the employee from Audi Pacific served as a stark revelation that not all establishments prioritize customer satisfaction. Consequently, I have made a conscious decision to continue patronizing Audi Calabasas. Honesty and integrity are paramount in maintaining customer loyalty and ensuring their overall happiness. I extend my sincere gratitude to Ruben Granados for his invaluable assistance and guidance. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in my decision-making process.
