CarMax Burbank

I saw a car I wanted and called ASAP. They sent me an email that said the car was no longer available. I tried to call and got no answer. Finally I called a number off the webpage and a man with a very rude demeanor said it was no longer available. Then I saw the car listed again at another location of theirs. I called that number and the lady said "yes" they had it. ????? Really? It had been moved from Duante to Burbank. The Duante sales team did not tell me that. RUDE. Then the female proceeded to act as if she was reading from a script and took all my information, ran my credit, and happily said I was approved. I asked the credit rating and she said 11% WTF!? seriously? Thats ridiculous. Then I said lets talk about the price. I told her to speak to my hubby cause he is better at that end. She refused to tell him my FICO score, and refused to discuss price. SHe didnt want to show us the wholesale and said if we wanted to buy at whole sale to go to the auction. She had no clue that it is customary to be up front with costs of the car. She then proceeded to insult us and say that if we wanted to see my FICO we had to sign the contract with them. Actually holding my FICO score hostage...RUDE. Then insult my hubby by saying if he was in the car business then he should know that CARFAX already has the lowest prices so they don't negotiate. RUDE. The car was over price $2000 and I ended up finding the same car for $1499 that they had priced for $17995. Because dealerships can get cars cheep so they can afford to come down in their prices quit a lot. I know cause we have been in the car business for 15 years. RUDE SALES that think ALL their customers are roll overs. Sorry car max your not going to make a 5 pounder off me (that means $5k profit in car salesman language).
