Dealership Sales Review
With out a doubt, this has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I will never step foot on a Midway dealersip ever again! First off, they do have a great selection, and the sales personel do not harrass you as much as some other dealerships. As for the negative aspects...It's all found in the financial department. I sat down with the finance department, finalized the deal, and signed the contract. 3 days later, I received a call stating that they need to finalize some things and that they needed proof of income. So I went down with check stubs in hand. I handed over the check stubs, and they handed me a new contract to sign. A NEW CONTRACT WITH AN INCREASED INTREST RATE OF 4%. They stated that I need to sign the new contract, or else they were going to charge me for mileage that I had incurred over the last 3 days. Also, I no longer had my previous vehicle. Needless to say, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I also sent a copy to the Nissan CEO. Since then, I have contacted my personal bank, and have refinanced. I just wanted to make any potential Midway Nissan buyers aware of their tactics.
