onI made an appointment for 10:00 on January 16, 2017, to have my oil changed and tires rotated. We live east of Cabot, close to Beebe, so it's at least a 45 minute drive, even longer depending on traffic. When I arrived, there were lots of people there and I was told that it would be about an hour. I asked why I had been told that I needed to make an appointment if they were taking people ahead of me, and was told that appointments are made just so that everyone would't come at the same time. Since I had already made the trip I decided to stay, but it was an hour and 40 minutes later when they finished with my car. We have bought three vehicles there and have always taken them there for service, but I won't be doing that any longer. The fact that I made an appointment should have put me in front of those who just showed up. They gave me $5.00 off for the wait, but I'd have rather gotten out of there sooner because I had other things I needed to do.
