TRASHY SERVICE CENTER!

Long story short; I called asked for an oil change and a diagnostic done because my breaks were acting up. Asked "how much is a diagnostic" told "$100.00"; ok great I am on my way! Came to get my car after three days was informed it will cost me apox $2700.00 but 1st i must pay $200 for the diagnostic & $80.00 for an oil change.
1st I was lied to about the cost of a diagnostic THEN they tried to rip me off on the repair & THEN i left and ZERO oil was in my car they stated it was not their problem. Ok what did i just pay $300.00 for? NO oil and the car in worse shape than when i brought it in?? I end up towing it to Everett in Benton Arkansas fixed it up for $770.00. Crain ripped off a mom of 5 kids and was super rude and unprofessional. Trashy experience!!
