We just purchased a 2015 Explorer after retiring our '99 model. We were pretty sure that we knew what we wanted after the service we had received from the '99. Ford for sure! Ms. Lisa answered all questions and concerns spot on, and explained the new features plain and simple. No hassle or high pressure bull. The credit process was quick and easy, even offering an extended warranty at a price that we were pleased with. Finally, the tech guy described and showed us in detail all of the latest technology incorporated in the '15 model. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had shopping for a new vehicle. I'll definitely go back to Riser Ford the next time that I'm ready to buy and will recommend them to my family and friends.
