Mr. Riser took action to remove and unwanted hard credit check from my credit report and has said that he is going to change some business practices to make sure this doesn't happen again.

An update to my post about Riser Ford in Hot Springs. Mr. Riser promptly responded to my negative comments toward his dealership and said that he would quickly resolve this issue with the hard credit report. He pointed out that he has no control of how long it takes Transunion to remove this from my credit. Kudos for trying to make it right. While I cannot delete or change my comments above, I have to give Mr. Riser 5 STARS for his timely response.
