The waiting area in the nicely remodeled showroom was well appointed, however, I did not sit there because they were broadcasting FOX news. This is completely offensive to me. I asked them to change the channel, but no one there seemed to know how. I sat in the kitchenette. The woman at the check-out window could have tried to look pleasant, but she only put up an argument when I told her I was due a free oil change. She pointed out the letter "that went to everyone" back in December....I had to show her an email I received from Riser on 1/28/15 to prove it. She then took the time to look it up. No smile, no thank you, just sour. Not too sure I will buy my next vehicle here if they continue to broadcast the fictional news that poisons people's minds. So offensive. Not everyone believes this junk and cannot get over the fact that you would be so ignorant as to put your political views out there so prominently.
