Harry Robinson Buick GMC

We love our new car. We have driven a Buick Enclave since 2011 and bought a new 2018 model last week. My head is still going around taking in all the new options, bells and whistles since our last new car. Pam Thompson sold us our first Buick and has been wonderful to us since that time so naturally we made sure we asked for Pam second time around. She absolutely goes way above what is expected dealing with her clients. We love her and appreciate all of her hard work. We also enjoyed working with Jon, I hope I got his name correct, he helped us with the financial aspects. Again. I was so impressed with the new technology at his fingertips to help us. New to us, but obviously not new to him. Another name I want to mention is Adriana. I hope I spelled her name right. She sat I the car with us for over two hours helping up us get Onstar set up. Through no fault of her own there was a glitch in setting up Onstar. Onstar people were very helpful, as always. I think there were some more people who helped us, one was Jack who showed us cars on Pams day off. She made a folder to give him so he would have our information. You just never expect this kind of service but we get it every time we deal with Harry G. Robinson Buick/GMC. If I missed someone I am very sorry.
