Everyone who helped me at the dealership were quite friendly and made for a pleasant experience. The service advisor who helped me made an error which caused me a second trip to the dealership to pick up my vehicle when the service was completed. However, it seemed that this service advisor was relatively new to the job and was still learning the dealership processes. While it was an inconvenience for me, I understand that every person new to a job has a learning curve to go through. So, I would still give the dealership, and this service advisor a high rating--especially considering their willingness in rectifying the situation quickly and because of their pleasant attitude.
