Dealership Sales Review
We left any number of voice messages for a number of the staff and could not get a response. We even wrote an e-mail to the General Manager, Stacy Barnett, and again got NO response. We were asked repeatedly for excellent reviews on our experience. Then, after the fact, were completely ignored. We still do not have a plate for our new Venza, and the temporary expires tomorrow,(11/9/14). We have now been told we should have it delivered on Monday,(11/10/14). This is beyond unacceptable, but no one seems to care at this dealership. I should mention that we also made TWO trips to this dealership in person to try to get this resolved, but again, nothing but empty promises. We cannot remember being treated with such DISREGARD ever.
