the sales person was new on the job first day jitters. but i will not hold that against anybody. we were ALL that way once. the deal got done rather painlessly while a bit of time was used i am still satisfied. originally i did not plan to buy anything but as it goes you look test and well you buy.. the management was knowledgeable and willing to look for the answers they could not provide. no promises were made that were not in writing. there was a general understanding that i was not there to buy and there was no pressure to get me to buy. i never 5 star ANY business.
