I will never recommend this place or buy from again. I went to look at the car with intention of taking the car home the sam day because that's how every other car purchase for me had been for me. Nope, not this place—did all the paper work and was told it would be a couple days before I could actually take the car home. Weird but okay. Why have it for sale if it wasn't ready?!?! That couple days turned into 3 weeks. My first payment was coming due and I didn't even have the car yet. After multiple calls to this place, they finally agreed to pay MORE than half of my first car payment -guess what? They only paid exactly half. When the manager told me he'd take care of me and pay for more than half of the first payment -but he didn't. I trusted what he said then came my check in the mail and it was for less than he said. Also, they try to shove the extended warranty down your throat. It was very uncomfortable how pressured I felt to get the extended warranty. Then my salesperson told me that's how the finance guy gets paid -if he sells an extended warranty. Lastly, I realized the electronic and theatre package items that had been in the car were never returned to me - wherever the car went for 3 weeks -they never returned those items. I rarely use my car as I work from home, went to look for the headphones, cables etc that used to be in there for the built in tv screens and it was gone. Called my salesperson, he said there is nothing they can do because I didn't notice within 1 to 2 days of picking up the car. Nothing you can do? How about order some replacement parts? I'm so frustrated and disappointed in this dealership. They clearly don't care about customer service.
