HORRIBLE experience- DO NOT BUY!
Written by Quentin Shires on 04/30/2021

I had originally bought my car in December last year and within that time frame I have only driven 8,000 miles. Since then, my brakes on the front have worn down- I bought the car at around 30,000 miles and my front brake pads just came on at 38,000 miles. I called the dealer and they told me to get it in to be checked. I told them that the brakes must not have been the best when I took ownership of the car. They told me to bring it in. They quoted me $960 for the front brake pads to be changed. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Then I went in to have the car looked at- I arrived at 930AM in the morning, and they reported that they will need to measure the brake pads for me. I waited until 4:00 PM (i even called at 2:00 PM and they hadn't even looked at the car). One hour before they closed (4:00PM) they called me and told me that they can give me a discount of around $800. The service guy reported that my brake pads were 80 percent when I took ownership of the car. They reported that I have worn the brake pads down to 3 to 4 mm's in the last four months. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when buying a car from this dealer ship. I have now had a horrible experience and then the service guy even told me my back brakes are ready to be replaced and quoted me an additional $700. I understand that brakes wear down, but I don't believe that it would wear down in four months to this degree. Also, in my experience, brake pads should last between 40 to 60,000 miles- and my car is at 38,000 miles. Looks like I am paying the price from the previous owner and this dealership failed to make my experience right. Please have them check the car- especially the brakes. Also, I now see that I have been sold a sub par product- (and I wonder what else is wrong with it). My service person was Bryan Sullivan and the sales person was Andy. Both had made HUGE promises before hand and now nothing but disappointed and a car whose breaks are not working. I even offered to pay half ($500) and they said no. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership in any way, shape, or form.

I would like to change my review as the dealership reached out to me and fixed everything. They changed my brake pads, the rotors, gave me an oil change, and rotated my tires, all in 3 hours. They shuttled me to and from the dealership and really stepped up. Thanks to Bryan, my service guy, as well as Ron, who transported me to and from home in the private shuttle…fantastic team and experience.
