Bell Lexus

I went to Bell Lexus the first time with a friend who was buying a car, and was so impressed with Neil Washburn, her sales person, that I decided to go back and buy a new ES350. Neil is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, listened to what I was looking for and gave me options - all without pushing. He worked hard to find exactly the car I wanted and was as excited as I was to find it. Neil is awesome! He praised each person with whom I was going to work - Karen in financing and Hillary to teach me details about the car - and was exactly right. Karen guided me to the right financing package, kind, patient and helpful. Hillary helped me set up my phone, garage doors, music without my glazing over with too much data at once and I feel comfortable going back when I need more help. I will send everyone I know to Bell Lexus, knowing they will be treated fairly, get exactly what they want, and it'll be a fun experience before, during and after!
