Professional all the way. I called two dealers shopping for my new GS and chose to meet up at Bell Lexus for the deal. From start to finish they never pressured me and continued to answer my questions about features the technology and financing throughout. They even took me to meet my new service rep who was no less professional. I can't wait to return.
