Bell Lexus

We love our 2013 200H. It is just terrific. And of course, hats off to Bell Lexus for complete satisfaction at time of purchase and throughout. A very good price, great environment. What a great place. They came to my house to set up our link to opening the garage door. A few weeks later, I had a few questions about the Navigation system and my salesman personally assisted me and I "had to check in with him to let him know that I was ok with everything"--Awesome. How awesome is it that I walked by the Gen. Mgr's Office and he came out to personally greet me by name--He knew my name! And what about the Service Dept? I emailed the service dept with a generic question about the car--before I even pushed "send", I got an answer from the Service Mgr. And, our sales consultant--gentleman, teacher, guider--the best. I would like to suggest that Bell Lexus consider changing the dealership name to "Cheers". Why? Because whenever I am in, everybody knows my name! We are not just customers. We are friends. Awesome!
