Prescott Valley Kia
Dealership Service Review
We had been working on getting some paint that has been peeling off the from lower grill from a 2016 Sorento. We started this on Labor Day weekend. We got the approval last week. After repeated trips and phone calls checking on the status. After never receiving a return phone call as usual from the service dept. it was approved and we got the name and appointment time of the body shop. Turns out Kia didn’t prime the part from the manufacturer. Okay, nice quality control but not a big deal. Dropped the car off. The auto body shop was great not surprised. They ordered the part from Prescott Valley Kia. The body shop said it will arrive on Monday. And we can finish the car and have it Monday evening or First thing Tuesday Monday. That would be if Prescott Valley Kia bothered to order the Part. Yup that’s right. It never happened. However, the body shop being the professionals they are made Kia order the part and overnight it to them. Prescott Valley Kia service Dept is lack luster at best. And could really give two shots about it’s customers. And it shows. I would give negative stars if I could. Looks like I am going to PHX from now on for service.
