I found the used Jeep Wrangler that I wanted at Prescott Valley Kia. The salesman Anthony Vega was easy to work with and I feel like I got a good deal. The manager Josh, took the time to demonstrate the four wheel features on a Rubicon. Shortly after getting the Jeep home the check engine light came on and my heart sank. I contacted the Anthony and explained the problem. I was connected to the service department who scheduled me an appointment. The service department figured out the problem, ordered new parts and fixed my Jeep at no charge. The buying process was easy and I can honestly say that Prescott Valley Kia stands behind what the sale.
