Prime Auto Sales

First I want to thank Tim and Tony for working with me and getting me into a car that I really love and fits my Budget. I took a little longer than I had hoped but it was definitely worth the wait. I also want to add that if you already submitted an inquiry and have been working with a sales rep don't submit another one on a different vehicle because it more than likely wont be routed to the person you have already been working with which was what I did and happened to me. Being in sales I know how important it is important to stick with the person who has already invested their time helping you. Unfortunately my second inquiry was routed to another so called sales person that seemed to not care when I told him that I was already working with Tony. He proceeded to try to get me to come in and work with him. Totally unethical and unprofessional. Fortunately I contacted Tony directly and he promptly took care of me and I couldn't be happier. He also went above and beyond and gave me some credit counseling tips and shared a digital book on credit repair with me that will help get my credit where I want it to be. I will definitely recommend Tony to all my friends and family and will see him again when I'm ready for an upgrade.
