I visited North Scottsdale BMW 4 times in the last few weeks, at first with trepidation because of the standing review. I walked in, unannounced, to see a car I saw on this website. Everyone I encountered was very nice and very professional. I did not buy the car I originally wanted to see, but later found almost exactly what I wanted with the help of Kevin Pederson. We love the car, have no regrets, and we are still grateful for the professionalism and patience Scottsdale BMW showed since we had my small, curious child at the dealership. I would go there again if we needed another car.
