AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix
Dealership Service Review
Service department lacking in any semblance of pride in work. Went in for a warranty repair. The service advisor did a great job locating the part in a timely fashion. The actual work on my vehicle was another matter completely. After waiting a couple of days for the work to be finished, I picked up my car and drove it to the gas station as the warranty work was for the gas tank. I could not get the tank to take more than a gallon and a half at a time. Once again, the service advisor did his best to get me in so they could diagnose the problem. Three days later, I got my car back only to find that the tech who worked on my car had not tightened the bolts that secured that tank. I found this out after taking my car to my regular mechanic to check the dealerships work. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience I would not want to repeat. Big thanks to Nick Fernandez; my service advisor, for keeping things going.
