The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

The Good. Service did a great job. The Bad. I was misquoted on price. The quote was $1,030 for alignment and two tires. The actual invoice was $760. I would have purchased four tires there if I had known the correct price of the tires. I purchased the two tires since I would have had to pay $175 for Diag otherwise. The Ugly. I went to Discount tires the following day to get the other two tires. They told me one of the tires the dealer put on was manufactured in 2021. The other Ugly. It took ~45 or so minutes to drop off my truck including 30 minutes just waiting for my Service advisor. Another ~20 minutes to pick up, again waiting for my Service Advisor.
