No Curtesy Vehicle

onService staff is great. My problem with this dealership is that they don’t offer a courtesy vehicle for me to drive whenever I have to drop my Jeep off for all day service. My 2019 Wrangler has had to be serviced a lot over the past year, and I’ve spent probably over $250 on transportation that was supposed to be covered under my Jeep Wave perks/benefits as a free rental for each service visit. I would’ve switched dealerships a while back if it weren’t for the service issue being a recurring one. It all leaves me wondering if they’re fully servicing the vehicle each visit, or if they’re rushing to just give it back to me each day so as not to keep it overnight as it probably needs.
