onTook my Cherokee in for oil change and recall and I don’t think they even did the oil change, the previous visit they didn’t get the oil cover under car secure and now that is broken. Had been charged a few times for tire rotation which they didn’t do so had to buy new tires. I have 10 oil changes from when I purchased the suv, if wasn’t for that I would not take it there.
