We purchased out first car from this dealership...and this salesman...seven years ago. We have since purchased 5 cars, both new and used, from them. Bill L is my "go to" sales rep whenever we are in need of a car. He doesn't just sell cars. He builds relationships, learning exactly what we like and what we don't. He doesn't waste our time trying to sell us cars that don't suit us, and he always works hard to achieve a price that is within our budget. He has become a friend, as well as a salesman. The service department at Cardinale Way is the best. The work is always right on, and there is no upsell or attempts to do work that isn't needed. They are honest at priced competitively, and when you make an appointment, they keep it. I have been buying cars for fifty years and have never experienced a dealership, or a sales rep, that I actually looked forward to visiting.
