Dealership Service Review
After making an appointment on line, the day arrived to bring my Q5 to the dealer for an oil change. I arrived 5 minutes early, was cordially greeted by David. He informed me it would be 90 minutes. I had decided to wait. The customer waiting area was very comfortable with a few snacks, beverages, various seating arrangements and a TV. After a short period I decided to wander around the new and pre-owned inventory. Surprisingly, the doors were open so I was able to have a first hand look inside. The inventory was very nicely diverse. I was most interested in the Prestige trim as that is what my current vehicle has. Also interesting was to see the E-Tron. There was another customer looking at a pre-owed Jetta R line. Knowing a little about cars I mentioned this was the sport line and how his wife would be thrilled to have this car. When the salesman arrived with the key for the test drive, I found my way back to the customer lounge to finish waiting. Good to the service writer’s word, at about 90 minutes he announced my car was nicely washed and ready. Immediately followed was a video walkthrough by the mechanic of any issues noted. This was a nice touch. I was prepared that there were no pending problems. The check out process was seem-less. As I was paying, I noticed the other customer was purchasing the Jetta R I was talking up to him. Wonder if I should have asked the saleman to share the commission? . My experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Audi Peoria, just be sure to peruse the inventory.
