Everyone we worked with was so nice, friendly, and not pushy. You know how it is buying a new car; settle in because you’ll be there for hours and sign 1,000 documents. But Jacob, our sales person facilitating the purchase, kept us informed every step of the way. He would tell us how long until the next set of papers were ready to sign, and if it took any longer he would let us know.
