Our experience at Larry H Miller Ford was the best we’ve had at a dealership. David Robinson the sales rep we worked with was great. He was very pleasant and friendly and didn’t try to pressure us into anything. We weren’t sure what we wanted and asked David numerous questions about different suvs. He was very knowledgeable and never seemed to mind our endless questions. We finally decided to buy a 2021 Explorer. The finance process went quicker than we expected. Austin was also friendly and explained everything as we went through the paperwork. Before we left David asked if we had a few minutes minutes. He went over all of the main electronic features with us and even set up a few things like linking our phones to the vehicle.
