This was our first experience buying in AZ and at Larry H. Miller Ford and what an amazing experience it was. Gary contacted us right away after we submitted an inquiry online. He acknowledged every detail and made an appt for us. Once we got there he remembered every part of our conversation and had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go for a test drive. We were equally impressed with Austin in finance as Gary had shared every detail of our asks to him and they were both so genuinely happy in joining us celebrating our new vehicle. The whole process took about 2.5 hours which was great! So smooth and wonderful. We felt no pressure, all we felt was joy and happiness to have found such a great dealership to work with.
