Ideal Cars

Last Christmas we bought a big jacked up Dodge Ram ( looks like a Tonka truck) from Dave at the lot in AJ. We made a verbal agreement on the down payment and before he gave him any money he pulled the truck off the lot and locked it up and marked it sold online. I thought how kewl is that ... off to a great start. So we held our word and delivered the down payment on time and have NEVER EVER been late on our payment. Now its late August and we want to get a camper/travel trailer but are so limited on options with a half ton truck and contacted Dave(he works the main office now) and told him what we were looking for . At some point my husband told him we were looking at a couple Fords and Dave was severely shocked because I am a die hard Dodge girl. So during these almost 3 week period we cant get Dave to return our calls. We stopped in to look at the trucks in person on 8/20/16 and he had taken a long weekend (would've been nice to have a heads up). So since he wasn't there we talked to the finance manager and I said well I know our credit isn't pretty but our track record is and he looked us up and said oh yea you guys are golden, said he would put our paperwork on Dave's desk for Monday. So Monday comes around and no call from Dave AGAIN... knowing we had been in on sat. So my husband FINALLY called and had a quick word with him So Wednesday still no word, no deal presented , nothing.... so I called and Dave wasn't available and neither was the finance manager ..so I left a message. STILL NO RETURN CALL so I called Dave. He said the truck we were looking at no one would finance because of high miles but its a diesel... and they're a BUY HERE PAY HERE ..... SERIOUSLY???? Once again the run around this is what we cant do without a this is maybe an option what do you think ?? So Thursday after lunch I called and spoke with Angie and filled her in without mentioning any names and asked for ONLY the Finance Manager to call me back . So its now 4:00 and once again no call. THANKS FOR ANOTHER LOUSY EXPERIENCE WITH USED CAR SALESMAN.. AND RUINING A PERFECTLY GOOD RELATIONSHIP!!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW YOU GUYS ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE REST!!! [non-permissible content removed]!!! We are now dealing with a responsible dealer and are going back to DODGE...NO MORE COMPROMISING!!
