The husband running the apache trail location is terrible, rude, unapologetic, and disrespectful to my girlfriend who purchased the vehicle. Was told the car we were interested in had to be looked at by their mechanic before it could be purchased. Days later we were assured it had been looked at and was good to go. The NECESSARY REPAIRS needed are as follows, brakes completely worn down and squealing, power steering system is leaking, ALL FOUR shocks need replacement, alignment is terribly needed, and half the bushings in the front of the car are in desperate need of replacement. Our usual mechanic who I trust with all my vehicles said no mechanic looked at this and if they did they shouldn't be a mechanic. The wife is obviously the brains of the operation, she is very sweet and actually cares for the customers. Husband just tells you whatever he needs to make a sale then when I went down there to talk to him about these problems he told me "not my problem anymore and I don't waste my lot techs time running every vehicle down to their service location in Mesa" Are you kidding me? THAT IS YOUR LOT TECHS JOB!! He told me "I can't help you I'm just a salesman" A salesman who tries to tell me my mechanic is a liar. Well are you a mechanic? No. Are you a salesman who is too lazy to properly screen all incoming vehicles? ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT!! You are the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with and you should be ashamed you put my 6 year old son and girlfriend in an extremely unsafe vehicle. IDEAL CARS should fire you immediately. Someone competent and capable of dealing with customers problems deserves your position because you're completely incapable and ignorant.
