Rodeo Ford
Dealership Sales Review
I went in warning the salesman, to not waste my time. I was swapping a Toyota Tacoma that I loved for a car my daughter could learn to drive on. After bringing me several contracts (>3) with fuzzy math, where I'm told your getting this much for your trade in, but when you do the math your getting thousands less, I got up to walk. I was asked by another saleman that I hadn't met, "what can we do to make this happen?" I said, give me what I want for my trade, I know what it's worth. Right in front of me, he hits a button on his PC, the printer takes off, and there it was..the contact I requested several hours earlier. Now I am a woman, but not as stupid as they thought. So be aware, their contracts need intense scrutinizing since they will screw you while smiling. I even gave them some advice on not making the customer so aware that the deal they wanted was setting there at their fingertips for printing and they wouldn't get it unless they got up to walk. Hours wasted on playing games. Not impressed, but then I have never had the pleasure of meeting an honest car salesman.
